Where can I park?
We encourage walking if at all possible. Limited parking is available in the Palisades Charter High School lot directly west of the school. Additional parking is available on neighboring streets to the east, west, and southwest of the school. VIP reserve parking can also be purchased in advance for $20 at the Palisades Parade Website.
How will Traffic look?
There will be street closures for the Race, Parade & Fireworks. Visit here for detailed information and how you can prepare: Street Closures.
There are two ticket entrances:
- At the front of the school, at Bowdoin and
- At the rear of the school, at the of teacher’s parking lot leading to the baseball field.
Palisades Rocks the Fourth starts at 4PM. Below is the event start and end times.

Advance tickets may be purchased through the Palisades Parade Eventbrite Page for $10 (Scroll down to the “Concert and Fireworks” section). Kids 2 and under are free! Limited VIP reserved parking is also available for $20.
Seating Available?
In 2017, Palisades Charter High School moved us from the football stadium (Stadium by the Sea) to the baseball field. Bring blankets or low beach chairs without stick legs so not to block the view of other concert-goers, and to help preserve the field surface.
Join us in the Kids Area this year for loads of fun, including spin art, glitter tattoos, balloons, face painting, a bounce house, and much more! Activities start at 4pm!

It takes hundreds of volunteers to produce the Palisades Rocks the Fourth concert. We are always looking for new crew members to join our team! Volunteer opportunities include talent selection/recruitment; sound/lights; concert operation; backstage food/beverage; ticket sales; gate security; etc., etc. If you are interested in joining our team, contact Sanjay Bargotra (sbargotra@unibiz.com) or Keith Turner (kjt@turnerlawapc.com).

Where can I eat?
Bring a picnic basket but there will be a dozen or so food trucks. Check out the Food tab.
Is this an “all ages” event?
Absolutely! The diverse program is designed to offer something to people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed within the Stadium.
Is smoking permitted?
Tobacco products are not permitted in the Stadium or anywhere on the grounds of Palisades Charter High School.
How cold does it get?
It never gets really cold but after the sun goes down it can sometimes get a bit chilly requiring only a sweater or light jacket.
